18-4-2018 CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA - AFRICAN COMMON WHITE BUTTERFLY (Belenois creona)


Belenois creona

The African Common White butterfly has a wingspan of 4 cm or so. Males are white on the upperside of the wing. The wing is bordered with black with white spots in it. The female has a thicker black border and lacks the white spots.
